our philosphy
Dreamtime Academy was founded on the belief that sport can be used as a gateway to build self-esteem, create opportunities and cultivate local leadership.
We run high impact, multi-day football camps in Central Australia, to engage young indigenous girls through footy. These camps are designed to inspire dreams, build leadership, and connect our participants to sustainable and local programs year-round so they can continue their personal development.
This is why we have partnered with a local charity; Redtails Pinktails Right Tracks Foundation. This partnership provides a strong, structured and reliable community for our participants to continue their development between the Dreamtime Academy Camps.
Every child, every girl and every woman deserves the opportunity to dream. We inspire dreams, facilitate opportunities and build local communities, so the next generation can thrive.

A local Alice Springs charity, founded by Rob Clarke & Ian McAdam in 2014.
A year-round football training program that connects participants to SANFL clubs, employment opportunities and delivers “Right Tracks” workshops.
